Riding a horse is all in the salesmanship. Make sure your costumer is benefiting from your ride in addition to them feeling good about your sale. You can’t force, bully or scare your costumer/horse into the sale/exercise, but guide with positivity, having them come to the conclusion that with your partnership, exercises, movements, jumping, etc. will be a lot easier. You have to believe in the product you are selling. The product may have to be altered for different customers. To be the most effective salesman, educate yourself to the best of your ability about the product and the customer. The customer in the end, always comes first. Besides, a happy customer, is repeat customer.
